I contacted German about the purchase of a Real Estate Investment in the US. My goal was to have a very nice place to live that at the same time gain value with time. Awesome service! They helped me to buy a property in 2007 when the market was at its peak and I called them again to buy another property and I’ve got an incredible deal in River North in 2010. They all are well connected to Loan Officers and Appraisers and they will take care of everything from the beginning until you close the deal. I’m really picky when it comes to properties and they have never complained even after literally hundreds of scheduled showings because I was indecisive. I know the owners German and Ela for quite some time, we became friends, and they actually take care of all my real estate needs now. They are my Real Estate agents for life!!
If you are looking for a great service without paying the price of one of the big companies you may want to give them a call. I would definitely use them again and I recommend these guys to all my friends.
Also, the name of the company is really appropriate since I work late most of the time and they were able to accommodate to my schedule on evenings and weekends without any issues. They work 24/7!!!!
